Deadline for Joseph comments
I mentioned below that Commissioner Ivwin H. Joseph is being considered for a judge appointment, and public comments are being accepted until Monday. If you have experience in his court, or if you otherwise have info about what an incompetent a-hole he is, then please send an email to the state Bar committee that is evaluating him.

After emailing the chair of the Judicial Nominees Evaluation commission at the address you gave, a staffer sent me a link to an online survey. I'm still reviewing court papers from back then.
here's hoping we've helped derail this evil and incompetent son of a bitch.
Is it to late? Or is it till Monday memorial day?
Better late than never. The commission may not have met yet to consider the comments.
When will the results be known?
I do not know the timetable. My guess is that several recommendations were made to Gov. Brown, and he will make some appointments in the next few months. We will find out if Joseph becomes a judge in Santa Clara or Santa Cruz.
