Ex-wife gets CPS report

My ex-wife asked for a copy of the CPS report, and I sent it to her. She was all upset that it appears to name her as the one who filed the original complaint! She adamantly denies that she did.

Perhaps there was some sort of redaction error. I believe that the complaint came from the kids' school. Some of it is a little wacky, even for the school:
RP [Reporting Person] has heard several concerning things regarding NF [Natural Father]: ...

NF takes bike rides, comes home and showers and then puts on clean shirt with the dirty shirt over the clean one. The next day he takes another bike ride, comes home and showers, put on a clean shirt and then the 2 dirty shirts over the clean one and repeats this pattern for a series of days, ...

NF drives over a small dog in the neighborhood with the minors in the car, but does not kill it.
Why would the school be complaining about why kind of shirts I wear on a bike ride? I can only figure that they were acting on some very distorted gossip.

I'm surprised you keep taking this approach. When I first read the new allegations I immediately assumed it was your ex-wife who filed the abuse allegations. Now, you have written proof as well. Still, you seem unable to put that together. I would think your ex-wife's word at this point has little merit to you. I would be shocked if it wasn't her. Just my two cents. Never quit brother.

My ex-wife said, under oath, "Someone other than myself had reported him to CPS."

Didn't she also say under oath that you were a bad parent, intimidating, and abusive. Also, the words "someone other than myself" sounds like legalese. The person who could have reported could have very easily been someone she talked to. Honestly, it doesn't matter. I just doubt it was a school official. This whole thing is a shame. I would make a great Father. But, why would I do such a stupid thing in this system? Not only has the system ruined good Men like yourself, but they are also forcing a generation of would-be stand-up Fathers to opt out.
