California shared parenting law proposed

His Side has launched a campaign supporting the California Shared Parenting Alliance's AB 1307, the California Shared Parenting bill.

AB 1307 will clarify California law and create a clear presumption that parents equally share in the responsibility of joint custody of their children unless there is clear evidence that it would not be in the children's best interest.

Good. Let's hope the legislature does something. His radio programs are excellent, and are archived on his web site.
