However when they make the mistake it is inconclusive. So I thank you so much for the information and I will be posting my results. I note your point that child abuse is a criminal offense and being registered as a child abuser placed you in the category of a criminal from the point of view of employers, etc.

Those who perpetrated this injustice against you only understand and submit to 3 things: money, public humiliation, and criminal indictment.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8081447.post-61864932365144140652013-11-04T19:24:05.637-08:002013-11-04T19:24:05.637-08:00Yes, it's a win. I think that it is more likely that CPS got a legal opinion that it was acting contrary to the law, and that a court might overrule them. If not for that, the supervisors would continue breaking the law.Georgehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16032672334544228703noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8081447.post-88167044547324536472013-11-04T08:33:27.857-08:002013-11-04T08:33:27.857-08:00...we have determined that the outcome of the inve......we have determined that the outcome of the investigation pertaining to you was incorrectly found to be "substantiated"... We have notified DOJ and requested your name be immediately removed from the Child Abuse Central Index (CACI).

If they apologize that might imply some civil liability. It's a win. Pat yourself on the back. A rogue public employee misperformed and a supervisor fixed it. Too bad it took almost seven years.
Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
